For kids age 5+ who have lots of energy to burn!
Parkour is a fast paced free running class which allows chidren to use numerous pieces of gym equipment. They practice flipping, jumping, diving, rolling, climbing and landing all in a safe and controlled environment. We look forward to seeing your little whirlwinds in class!
